I explained to him that I was interested in his compnay to provide cybersecurity website content. He said he understood the scope and that he has done it before for other companies. He said the cost to provide a website content for me will be $345.00 and I must make a down payment of $150.00. On August 16th, I sent a Zelle payment of $150.00 to a company called Astros Digital LLC (parent company of Finest Web Studios - a subsidiary of Astros Digital LLC) based on the email that I received from Qavi and that was the direction he provided in the email dated August 16, 2022 at 4:22pm Eastern Time. I have a receipt of the Zelle payment and Qavi replied thanking me for the payment and he said he was going to start the process. On August 19, Qavi emailed me a "Homepage content" that was not in line with the scope of what I explained to him of what I wanted and I sent an email to that effect that I want not satisfied with is deliverable on August 22, 2022. and I called him after that and sent multiple emails to him at [email protected] and on Septmeber 2nd that he is on a trip and that he will get back to me and up till today - September 28, 2022, I did not hear from him or anyone at his company. I sent him an email on September 6, 2022 that I have not been satisfied with their services having taken $150.00 from me to date with no deliverable on their side. I feel cheated and feel I have been scammed by this company and I will like you to review my formal complaint and I willike my money back. I can provide evidences of email correspondences, the zelle payment that I made.
