I purchased a puppy from this guy because i got my last puppy not too far from him, so i really didn't think there would be any issues. Same age, same price. He said he always used the same shipping company and it would take 6-7 hours before he would be in my arms. That was days ago. I explained to him how the shippers were charging me these extra fees for permits and he said it was normal especially due to covid going on, but not to worry becaue we both knew that i was getting refunded due to me being military. I was getting a full refund upon delivery. I paid him through my bank. And now since i have been trying to reach the shippers for hours, he has been ignoring me as well. I tried calling him to. He also disconnected his phone. So no puppy i guess. I'm disappointed in so many ways rhan i can count.
