*** *** is an on line place you can order product and help repair your credit , I ordered some items and when I received the email confirming the order I noticed it had the wrong address. I called asap no longer then 2 mins after I place the order I was told I need to have my address changed and in order to do so I had to cancel the order . That department was closed at that time , So I sent an email stating what took place and to cancel the order few mins after the phone call . I then called soon as I could On Monday only be told I could not cancel the order it had shipped . I would have to wait for the confirmation email that it had shipped . I received that yesterday 10/21/2015. I tried to figure out how to re-route product to my current address . I had to wait till it hit the Ups facility to do so . This morning it showed was there so I did Live chat with a rep trying to get it to change since ,It would not do via website it was in route already . I called finger hut cause they are only ones who could change the routing at this point where the rep I was speaking to said I had to submit a confirmation into them of my current address they where suppose to have changed Monday and failed to do so . They wait to provide me with any info till my down payment cleared the bank It is to late to do any thing there . The neighborhood it is going to has known thieves I have explained this to finger hut reps They told me if product is stolen I have to submit an affidavit in order to clear what I would owe . They refuse to help me I want my 30 dollars back and I want this resolved right away I been dealing with this since Friday . They refuse to help they keep placing it all on me and where ever I turn I am told has to be them that makes the changes . I am going to be held responsible for the balance and I refuse to pay for a product I did not receive, which will blemish my poor credit more .
