unsolicited connection informing my computer is compromised & potentially being hacked. Requested remote access to show established IPs of supposed hackers. Tech informed that he could "fix & cleanup" computer issues plus supply "lifetime support & security for microsoft" for $350.00USD. Upon review I discovered that my computer had been altered, windows update component needed repair. The only other work was to install Adblock Plus, a free program download. This company has no association with microsoft and will not refund payment was requested within the 14 day cancellation window. If you phone customer support the tech will be rude and unintelligible due to a heavy Indian accent.
