Scammed! Order paid but never received

I order a photo from Fink & Stine last year in April and never received it. During covid things were hectic and Because going out shopping was minimal the purchase was easier. Not to mention, No one had money to waste.

They've been dodging me since April, I ordered I don't know how many canvases for mother's day. Iv sent I don't know how many emails, now I went on the site and there's no longer one. If someone's figured out how to get your money back please let me know!

I ordered a Fathers Day canvas May 30th, it said it would take longer due to covid, Bc they are a family business and short staffed, etc… I started emailing them after a while June 8th they finally responded saying it would ship in 5 business days. Here it is almost July, still hasn’t shipped, they blocked me on Fb and no longer respond to emails. No way to cancel or get a refund. I hope they get shut down. This is so wrong. I spent almost $100 just to have nothing to give my dad on Fathers Day.

Made a purchase on June 19, 2021, received an email saying my order was confirmed. And that was it. When I try and track my order it hasn’t even been processed! It’s now been almost TWO months later and I have yet to even receive my order!!!! They haven’t even made it or shipped it! Will NOT return my emails, and of course NO CONTACT NUMBER to call this company!!!! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I want my money back!!! I’m so beyond pissed at this point I don’t even want the products now!!! I will never again try to buy anything from this company!!!!

Please look at this company on BBB website. This company has same address as 2 other companies... Canvas Zone and Patriots Republic. All under same man name. BBB has an alert message about all 3 companies. This gentleman has defiled on rent of warehouse and as of July 2021 has vacated the warehouse properties.

I ordered a Mother’s Day/birthday gift April 11th 2021 and have yet to receive it it’s now July 12th the last I heard from them they said my order was being packaged and I’d receive a tracking # soon never received it I have sent a recent email asking what’s going on maybe 2-3 weeks ago and still nothing I’ve kinda just given up but if anyone knows how to get a refund I’d love to know

I ordered a month ahead of Father's Day to ensure delivery. Got the sweet as pie email and then nothing has happened. They do not respond to emails. My father never received the gift. On the comments above, here is the info how to report them: I have reported this fake company to the BBB and also contacted the police department in NC at 3368833224 to find out that someone else has reported the scam. I think we all should contact the local tv station so they know what is happening in their backyard. We can all persevere if each of us takes steps to call these scam artists out.

This scamming business was advertised on instagram to me sharing multiple mothers day gift options. I ordered something from this business back in april it is june now and they have not yet shipped or even made my order. There is no phone number on there website and their support email is very slow in responding. They blame everything on covid which does not make any sense. There is no way to talk to someone real or cancel/refund an order.

I also placed an order for Father’s Day, the only email I have received was my order was accepted, I check the status daily to see the same update. My bank card was charged $52.00 but still nothing, I have also sent several emails and no response. How can you get a refund if no one replies… I wish I would have checked into this before I ordered something so disappointed

I ordered 3 canvases on April 8th 2021 for mothers day. I have yet to receive them and when I first emailed them they said they were still being made. I then waited a little longer and when I emailed again it goes with no response. What a waste of money!

I've been scammed also made a purchase on 4/24/2021 for $112.29. Please file a complaint with the BBB and also call the NC police department @ 3368833224 to report it. At the very least they will not be able to scam anyone else but hopefully they will get caught and prosecuted.

My son unfortunately bought my mother's day gift thru this evidently non existent company. Money was taken out of his account on April 24, 2021 and we have yet to receive the product ordered. Thank goodness all he lost was $13.94. Just the point that my 18 year old was trying to do a nice thing and got scammed.

This scam company advertised on Instagram Mother's day gift and is now advertising Father's day gifts, I ordered four portrait canvas for Mother's day on 4/24/2021and after the purchase I was given a received day of 5/5/2021. It has been over a month, no gifts, can't reach anyone to cancel and get my money back.

I placed an order for a mother/daughter canvas back on April 16th, 2021, it was to display my name as well as my 4 Children's names and dates of birth. The canvas would have been 8"X10", black in color and flat. The money for this item was taken from my debit card but I have not yet received the product. It has still not even been shipped out yet. I contacted them twice in an email and they told me both times that it was being worked on and will ship soon. Now my emails go unanswered.

I placed an order for a canvas with all four of my children's date of birth and names, this was back on April 16th 2021. It has been over a month now and the order still hasn't even shipped out. I am reporting this company because I want to warn others that this company does not seem ligit and definitely not worth a penny of your money. I have heard from them twice in an email that my item was being worked on and will shop soon. That was a lie, still not shipped. I have reported them to the better business bureau and I have also contacted my bank with this issue. I do not currently hear back from them when I email them. Please do not waste your time. Take it from a very angry and disappointed ex-costumer. SAVE YOUR MONEY, INVEST ELSEWHERE.

I ordered canvases for my mother, daughter and myself for Mother’s Day because they were supposed to be delivered before then! Only 2 arrived over a week past Mother’s Day! One canvas had bubbles and white spots on it and both had damaged corners. The Aurora Borealis I ordered I didn’t receive instead the canvas was a blue/grey color and the top of the canvas has a white strip that should have gone over the cheap board it was put on! My mother’s wasn’t even verified being purchased until May 17th at 2:47 a.m. I still haven’t received the one with my children’s names on it. Every attempt to contact Fink and Stine is answered with an automatic generated response no real person and they will not call if requested! I’m unable to find them under Facebook so I’m having my Bank Dispute the charges and suggest others do the same!
