Finney's Tree &Mulch of Springfield Oh. Two brothers, Frank Finney and Aaron Ellis going about Butler Twp (Dog Leg Rd) scamming homeowners into having ash trees cut. They do the easier work, get tired quickly of the harder work, collect as much money as the can, and abandon the job! Will not take phone calls or resolve issues not fulfilled in contract. All Tree & Mulch may also be associated with them. Last summer "Butch) Lionel Bryan Tripplet did the same tactics. Do not hire these " Street People". Come around with a great deal, collect as much money as they can, and abandon the job, never to be heard of again. 10/6/2015.
