Finstate Investment Services. He contacted me about investing in Crypto currency. I had never done this before, so I agreed to $500. He was not happy with that amount and tried multiple times to get me to invest at least 2k. He said that $500 will not amount to much profit, I said that I would reinvest at a higher amount if the initial investment was lucrative. He had me set up an account with Coinbase and I transferred the $500 from my bank account to Coinbase. Once the money was available to trade in Coinbase, he had me transfer the money directly into Finstate. He stated Finstate was a company that he was working with, but he never mentioned owning any part of the company and it was not listed on his Facebook accounts at that time. I was able to log into www.finstateinvestmentplc.com and watch the account grow. The total amount grew to $25,234, with a bonus of $9,103. I had called the company multiple times and sent e-mails with inquiries, but they never responded. Their customer service phone number just rang and never went to a voicemail. I complained to ***** and stated due to the company's poor customer service and poor grammar on the website, it was my belief that it was a scam. Brent insisted it was a legitimate company and they were very busy right now. He stated that they would contact me via e-mail once my trade had expired. I received an e-mail from Finstate ([email protected]) on on 11/16/2023. The e-mail had grammatical errors. The e-mail stated that I needed to pay a 15% commission fee of $5,190 and that my money would be released to me once that fee had been paid. I then contacted the company via instant chat, which was not available to me before they sent me this e-mail. Via chat, I was told that they could not hold my commission fees out of my profits and that they also would not release the money to me with a statement of money that I owed to them. I told them that if this was a legitimate company, they would absolutely be able to withhold the money from my profits, or send me a bill. The last exchange with them was on 11/22/2023. They have since refused to answer my messages, Brent blocked me on Facebook and he has now added that he is an owner of Finstate on his FB account. I have not received any profits, nor have I received my initial $500 back.
