I attempted to order online from the noted website. After completing the order, it indicated I must send the money via Zelle and then send them proof of the Zelle payment to allow th order to proceed. Upon doing so they then indicated that I used the wrong Zelle info so I almost lost that money but likely wells Fargo was able to stop the payment. A Robert Smith responded noting I should have Zelled the money using his email address: [email protected]. I did so and they then indicated they processed the order. I then received a shopping notification indicating I would need to pay another $150 to have the vapes sent. I then challenged that and di not pay it and now they do not respond to me emails requesting a refund fo the $122 I zelled and I have no product to show for the money. No phone number or phyisical address is available on their website or the emails. I have all the related emails supporting the situation.
