Caller told her there was a problem with her computer security. Told her she owed them money. Told her they would deduct money from her bank account. Told her they needed access to her computer. She gave them access. When they asked for her visa card number she refused to give that. They hung up. She was then unable to access her computer. She called back the number and they hung up on her.

This was call saying it was from Firewall security and we were being charged a fee of 348$ to renew a security program on my computer that was bought at BestBuy. My computer is not from best buy. I don't know how they got my cell phone number either.
