Ad was seen on CNN for freecovidtest.com. Appointments can be made online. Medical insurance is requested; name of insurance company, member ID, email etc. An appointment is scheduled based on time availability and location. Am emailed is sent confirming the covid test appointment. Great!

When I arrives at the Address: 8578 Santa Monica Blvd. West Hollywood, California, the covid testing center did not exist. I called the 2 support number 818-789-1033 and 737-316-1837 and only a answering system responds. I called several times.

I believe this entity is collecting insurance information and billing the insurance company for covid test that are never taken.
