I applied for a loan online to a company called First Capital Lending Service. They emailed me back a few days later saying to call their 800 number for more details. I call their number and i spoke to someone named Bradley Hagan, who told me that i had been approved for a loan but i needed to pay $997 dollars in advance for *insurance*. He also said i needed to provide my banking information for direct deposit. They wanted me to advance the money through Western Union and give the name of Evrard Bosse as the person receiving the money. I questioned it at first but did it eventually. This happened on Friday September 18. The following day, i get a call from the manager saying that the original agent was wrong in the amount he told me to send and that for me to get the loan, i needed to pay an additional $1000 dollars. If i didnt, he said not only would it take 2 weeks for me to get my original $997 back to me, but also i wouldnt get my loan and i would also be on the hook for up to 25 % of the loan amount itself. I hung up on him and havent called back since and have since changed my banking account.
