What to do:

* Go to https://www.firstcitizensonline.com and look for the Online Banking login section on the homepage

* Enter your First Citizens Online Banking Customer ID & Password you will be prompted to Security Page.

* When prompted for security page, choose your 5 secret questions and answers as you have it on our Online Banking record.

* When prompted for security page remember to enter the email address on file and also password to the email you registered on file..
