Reached out to them to inquire on a puppy. Filled out a questionnaire and answered all the questions. I also asked to see parents of the puppy and vet information.They sent me all information on the dog that i requested and even pictures of her playing with other dogs they had for sale. Paid for the dog via Venmo, 800 and 200 for flight. Once we arranged for a flight with an arrival date. The company called me at 4am to secure flight info. I was sent information from the pet carrier, Air Seal Movers. They stated that the crate was rejected by the airline and we had to pay 1300 or 1500 with a 95% being reimbursed once the crate was checked back in with the flight nanny. Again, I used Venmo to pay for the crate. I also went back and doubled checked all the names and they matched. I went to the website of the pet travel company and we the info was the same. Once i asked for pictures of the dog, and the number of the flight nanny, did they stop communicating with us.
