Ordered Airpods Pro as a Christmas present says its sitting at a post office in Scarsdale, NY. Tried calling them and emailing them, no response. They need to be reported. They are a huge scam. Will have to call my bank and see if they can refund me the money.

I ordered Apple Air Pods from this company. I ordered them in time for Christmas, according to the company, and they never came neither did they refund my money. If you check the BBB of New York they have an awful review. Check online and you will see they have horrible reviews and not pure Apple products. Scam Artists. Don’t buy from them. Please check the reviews.

I have had the same experience with this shady freaking outfit. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. They credited my card for the balance of $254 and said the dispute would stand unless First Deal responded. I told Chase "good luck getting in touch with a real person". I feel pretty confident I will not see that charge back on my card.

Wow same thing is happening to me I ordered the Air Pods Pro and according to USPS its still showing somewhere in NY since Dec 6. I also emailed them no response. Scam needs to be reported any one know where to report this outfit. [censored] :(

If I could do zero stars I would! They hide inside transparency mode description the fact they are used! Why not post it and be honest. Please please do not buy from this company. They are very shady about everything they do. And of course they say they will NOT give you your money back only give you more crappy used item according to their website. Because there is no customer service only recordings that lead you to more recordings RUN!

I ordered a pair of 2nd generation AirPods and received them. I began to use them and started having many issues with them. They would stop working in one ear, make random phone calls and show constantly wrong battery percentages. I emailed them many times and have not heard back from them at all. I have tried calling and their number does nothing! They answer and each time you select an extension, the voice tells you they do not do that selection over the phone. I was scammed $104 and thats a shame. They will receive their karma.
