Type of a scam Debt Collections
1) they say you will be arrested- which is illegal.
2) they say they are sending court summons. They sent a picture of these “summons” to my father. A) that’s leaking personal information.
3) according to the credit laws, they can only call a family member 1 time. They have called one of my family members over 3 times in the span of 2 days.
4) they cannot give out personal information of the debt. They told my father EVERYTHING about the debt I owed.
5) they cannot call your work if you tell them to stop. I told them to stop and they kept calling anyway.
Pretty much this place is a walking lawsuit ready to happen and they try to scam you out of fear by making deadlines and threatening you with court.
