This is almost certainly a scam, DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY

THIS IS A GOOD SCAM, BEWARE

I needed a 3-month sublet in Chicago, I found the ad on Craigslist. The pictures are really good, and there's also a very nice video. The price is also quite good but believable. However, the website and emails have a few weird phrases and spelling errors uncharacteristic of the relatively high-end firm they purport themselves to be. The listings on Craigslist are also not on their website.

The review above the fact that the information on their website doesn't match the REAL Raymond Ebro's LinkedIn solidified it as a scam.

This leasing agent offer a sublet to a friend relocating to NYC for three months; we reviewed all the materials, etc. and I wired money for the deposit, with the agreement to see the apartment this past Saturday and obtain keys, etc. The agent did not show up, has not returned phone calls or emails, and of course, the wire went through.
