Contacted them about help with a pending repossession. Was told after paying $500 they would stop the repo and force the bank to defer the payments. That was 2 months ago, we have no heard anything from them since! Want our $500 back that they had us pay through CASH APP!

I was in a hard place and needed to get a name off my auto loan. I found first financial auto solutions online. I called them and a nice lady called me back. She told me the steps to get him off and what I had to do and they would help me. It seemed like a relief. All I had to do was pay $350 through a cash app. After I did I realized something didn’t seem right and it seemed like a scam. I was able to cancel one of the payments since I had paid it from two different cash apps. I then called them to ask for my payment of $200 to be canceled they got very rude since I told them it seemed like I had been scammed. But they told me they would refund my $200 back. I called for over two months every day and only got told some one would call me back. I then emailed them and told them I would turn them in. They called me back and told me they would only refund me back $50 of the $200 because they Sent papers to my loan company and I know they never did. Told me it would be mailed out and yet it still hasn’t been refunded. I try to email them and the email now doesn’t work.
