I was trying to get PMI removed from a mortgage and he called saying he represented the mortgage company. He told me I could not remove the PMI but had to refinance since it was an FHA loan. It is NOT an FHA loan and when I called the mortgage company they told me they had no record of him and he did not represent them. He lied about not removing the PMI and tried to trick me into a refinance that I don't need nor want. I would never do business with this company as they are scammers.
