New scam on PayPal

New scam on PayPal...they sent me two invoices on the same day. "First Home Services", which is not listed anywhere when I did a search, but the specific name requesting an amount of $249.99 is from R Faiyaz Rahman. The following message is the one I got:

"Thank you for Choosing First Home Services. As Requested By You, We have activated First Home Services for you. We will do auto-charge every month to your account. If You are still not interested, You can cancel this service by calling us at +1-800-401-2196 with in 24 hours after receiving this email. We have activated this service as requested by you. Calling at +1-800-401-2196

Type of a scam Home Improvement

Received a PayPal notification upon opening notification it stated I received an invoice from R Faiyaz Rahman in the amount of $249.99. Simple invoice. Called number on invoice and the representative that answered sounded like they were in a dance club. Asked for my personal information including; name, address, phone, email and a bank account number to verify my identity. Immediately hung up and call BBB.
