First Horizon calls my phone and leaves messages up to 10 times a day. Their calls come in from all different numbers but their messages are the same two messages each time. I'm on high alert but someone who is in the process of refinancing, in a hurry, is less experienced and doesn't understand what a phishing attempt is or who may be older and doesn't trust their own hearing could very easily call this number back. I will list the message description and tactics. I do not answer. As a result I receive a message that states the underwriting department is calling with their final notice to collect information after reviewing my application. I need to call them back so they can disburse my loan. Then they again note, it's the "final call" (IF ONLY THIS WERE TRUE). This message is from the male with an official and authoritative voice and at times it sounds like he is fading out while he is speaking. The other message sounds like it's coming from a woman. Same partial/missing message tactic, but this one starts where the beginning is cut off and the woman begins her message in the middle of leaving the phone number to call. Then she acts like she's repeating that it's "Bright Horizons" and repeats the number to reach her before letting know she hopes to hear from you and leaving her kind and endearing gesture that Bright Horizon wants to make "all your dreams come true." Someone please take these clowns back to the circus.
