This scammer claimed to be a First Key Homes representative, renting a home at Tucson, AZ offering month to month rent for the house. This scammer then proceeded to take a tour of the house while he was on the phone with us, and letting us know how "everything" worked. After sending us an email with a "contract" which was not notarized or even valid, he then harassed me to send him a "down payment" to secure the house. Unfortunately he has not reached out to me yet.
