Contractor came to sell the service on driveway repavement, asked for $3000 for a complete job on Oct 23rd. Come in the next day to provide service, complete the job and took the money, said would come back for the trash, but never come back. Call many times, either said would come to pick up or not answering the calls. Emailed but no response.
