Attempted to buy a Mini Dapple Dachshund from this provider. They utilized pictures of dogs that can be reverse image searched and found on multiple sites that are as old as 2 years or younger. The dogs that are displayed are "10 Weeks Old" but can be found at multiple sites. They sent back and forth multiple emails and then asked for money with multiple transport options. The emails all looked like a scams, and they asked for payment from two different options, which made no sense. Overall, this is not a real dog seller. I never received the dog.

So, I’ve been meaning to summarize this episode from last

In a casual conversation, my wife mentioned someday she’d like a brown dapple long-haired mini-dachshund with blue eyes.

So, of course, a couple days later I googled.

I found exactly that. For far less $ than what I expected So I emailed.

After a couple exchanges, something didn’t seem right. Their English was stilted. They discouraged me from visiting to get the dog. Then I realized their email/website didn’t say where they are or their name. And the kennel name at the home page (M&B Kennels) was different than the kennel mentioned in the very positive customer reviews (First Class Dachshunds). So I looked more and found a site with reviews of this fake kennel from people who lost $100s or almost did. With the exact same picture of the dog I liked (“Dawn”) and others on the site. 😱

So, the lesson is, beware when something seems too good and do your research!

Never thought I would be catfished by a dog…. Was supposed to get “Luca”. Somehow on my YouTube for you page a video popped up with the same exact picture of a dog that was sent to me. I thought I was crazy but for whatever reason I did more research. Come to find out I was catfished by a tik tok dog impersonator. At first they asked for $1200 something then we get the paperwork signed and the shipping company asks for another $900 for the crate as insurance purposes.

Like all these others, I saw the ad on line and was so happy to finally find what I was looking for. I filled out all the papers for little August and spent hours trying to get everything downloaded ,e-signed, and then signed up with Venmo. Thank gawd, I have poor cell service where I live and was not able to send the payment. At 2 in the morning I was suddenly awakened by a really bad feeling and went on-line to check reviews on First Class Dachshunds in Lindon Utah . I was shocked by all the testimonials of others who had lost money to these scammers. It really broke my heart when I had to accept I would not be getting the puppy I had fallen in love with, but so grateful I didn't lose my money like so many others, I'm on disability and would have really suffered financially. What these people are doing is pure evil.

We unfortunately got scammed as well. Ever since the $500 dollars was sent they have been radio silent. Contract seemed legit and the videos of Dawn seemed legit as well but we should have checked online before sending the money. Our fault for trying to buy a puppy. I guess this is why you adopt not shop. Don’t fall for it! Also your bank will not be able to take care of the transfer if it’s already gone through which is even worse.

They asked for payment through venmo, PayPal, cashapp, apple pay, bank wire transfer and zelle.

Tried paying through apple pay 530-649-7294(payment wouldn't go through)
Paid through PayPal to a Collins Ngu Atanga [email protected]
Kept thinking it was something wrong on my end, I should have taken it as a sign.

Unfortunately, we have fallen for the scam because we did not do enough research. We had gotten our first dachshund via the internet in a similar way so we did not suspect that this site could've been a scam. Everything seemed legitimate as they sent seller contracts, a questionnaire, and pictures of Bella and Dawn that we were interested in adopting. Unfortunately, when we tried calling the number listed on the site, we were surprised that the people who picked up did not sell puppies. There were some warning signs such as the email not matching the one listed on the site and Dawn's price changing while we were waiting for paperwork to be reviewed but for some reason this did not make us run the other way. It seems obvious that this was a scam in hind sight but we can only hope that people find posts such as these and save their hard earned money for a real puppy to welcome into their homes. Here are pictures that were sent to us that have not showed up on a google search, hopefully they will bring someone to this post and save them from this scam.

First Class Dachshund Puppies Home is undeniably a scam. Unfortunately we realized too late as everything seemed legit until we called the number listed on the site and were surprised to find that the people that picked up do not sell puppies. We were so excited to welcome Dawn and Bella however some things did seem odd as the email did not match what was listed on their site and Dawn's price had changed even though we had been starting the "paper work". We had no idea that this site might've been as scam as we had gotten our first dachshund in a similar way. I encourage everyone to double check the legitimacy of puppy sites in the future and learn their lesson from us. These images didn't return from a google image search but hopefully they will now to prevent anyone else from being scammed.

Petdogstores.com and firstclassdachshundpuppieshome.com are an identical website that is scamming people out of money selling puppies they do not own. I am able to reverse image search nearly all the photos and get results back proving they are not their puppies. It all looks legit and sounds legit but they refuse to do video calls to prove anything and upon further research others have said they have the same dogs up on the site for months and also were refused to see the dog via video call.

This puppy website got a hold of me via email. They sent a list of information on their puppies, along with multiple pictures. I believe these pictures were stolen from a different breeder or pup owner. They asked personal questions, along with a list of references. After doing a little bit of research, I found reports of other people in the same boat, who actually sent money and never received a pup. Be safe.

I wanted to buy a puppy and came across this website - it looked legit and so I requested information about one of their dogs. They sent me a huge template about the dog and all the steps needed to take to purchase the dog. I filled out everything they needed (minus the payment information) and asked to face time or zoom me, so I could physically see the dog before purchasing it. A small little world, my sister met a dog at her work that looked like the exact dog I was going to get. The people had an instagram for their dog and so my sister sent me their instagram to show me. It turns out, it was the exact dog that I was looking at online. This website took photos from their instagram page and was posting them online as a scam. I have all the pictures the person sent me vs the people who actually posted. I now looked back on their website and they changed their name from "Royal Paw City" to "First Class Dachshund Puppies Home" with their website now being https://firstclassdachshundpuppieshome.com/dachshund-puppies-for-sale-near-me/ .... I wanted the puppy "Moo" which is the second option under available puppies and will include photos of the ones he sent to me vs the actually dogs instagram.

I fell in love with Moo too. I almost wrote to the breeder About buying him until I looked at this website and see his picture all over the same dog that's still available today today June 15 imagine that
Everyone want Moo

After extensive research on dachshund puppies, I came across Royal City Paw in Holly Springs, NC. There website seemed legitimate, they had reasonable prices and I decided to move forward with an inquiry. A "breeder" reached out to me within a couple of hours and was communicative about the puppies (e.g. sent pictures, prices, etc.). I was first interested in a dog named "Moo" but then decided to go with "Runx." I provided necessary information for the purchase, was asked to pay through an app (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or ApplePay), and was then sent a purchase contract. Everything still seemed legitimate. Then I got suspicious after trying to contact the seller (Chad Daniels) with additional questions after purchase and no response to multiple calls/texts. Looking at the purchase contract I decided to look up the address, which was connected to a business named Changing Tomorrow Farms. I reached out and the farm said they had no affiliation with Royal City Paw, nor did they sell puppies. They were upset and said they planned on filing a report with the BBB. Looking closer at the contract, I noticed that the zip code was "33701" (St. Petersburg, FL not Holly Springs, NC). I continued to research and found a strikingly similar website selling dachshund puppies with the exact same contact info, puppies and testimonials as Royal City Paw (http://firstclassdachshundpuppieshome.com). I later found out that First Class Dachshund Puppies Home was reported and investigated by the BBB and deemed a "puppy scam." The dog "Moo" was specifically listed in the scam reports by more than one attempted buyer. I tried to contact the seller again to request full refund (per our "legal contract") but he refused to speak with me throughout the day. Later that evening (9pm MST) he reached out calling me "rude" for asking for a refund. He then questioned me for wanting a refund and tried to convince me that his business was real. I requested that we FaceTime, so I could see the puppy, but he refused because "FaceTime is too personal" and he "only does that with family." I then inquired more and asked for the Travel Nanny's business name and a video of the puppy but he stopped communicating and will not respond to text or email. I've filed a report with Venmo and my credit union, hoping that the charges get disputed.

I could echo what you wrote. Thank God I was have technical dificulty and could not send my payment in. My daughter looked them up and found your review. I immediately asked for a facetime with them and have not heard a word back from them since this morning! We were all set to purchase Augast and Dawn, Then entire company is a total fake! When I asked who Ocativa is on the venmo that had zero friends the person replied. That is my son who helps me with the techinical part of the company. We shared photos with our friends and were so excited. What horrible people! They really are disgusting!

I, unfortunately, feel for the scam. We reached out about a puppy on their site. They responded with all the details and an explanation of what would happen if we purchased. My husband and I discussed it, it looked legit...actually sent us a contract to sign. We sent the said $ via Venmo...then a few hours later got another email from said delivery service. They had the reservation for delivery of the puppy bur needed more $ as he needed a different crate to travel in...it was at that moment I realized something wasn't right. I emailed back saying we were not going to proceed. Have made SEVERAL attempts to reach out to get my refund with no response. I am in the process of disputing the transaction with my bank. Do NOT fall for this. I am disappointed that we did. We were so excited about welcoming a new puppy into our family only to be very disappointed and angry.

Did you dispute with Venmo? I’m in the process… I’m so angry at these people!

First class Dachshund is a total scam. I paid for the puppy via Zelle. $700 +$200 shipping. Then they said it went to contract shippers and they wanted another $1500 due to covid concerns. ( They assured me I would get 85% back after delivery of the pup) seriously, who does that? It's their crate!
I was immediately suspect and questioned the shipping. They told me I had to " work it out." They told me the pup would be left alone in his crate, they then tried to tell me they would spot me $650 if I promised to pay it back after getting my 85% refund. they then tried pressure sales that if I didn't pay That Day, the next flight out would be in 3 weeks.
They also refused to send my refund stating they spent it all on shipping. Does anyone believe that?
I lost the $900 I paid for the dog, but glad I saw the red flags before giving them any more. Avoid my mistake. Stay away from this company.

Well I contacted the business to get information on a dog that I saw on their site for sale. After 2 or 3 messages from the seller I asked if I can do a video call before sending them a deposit. And that was it she got upset said I was complaining and that it was time consuming and if I wanted to purchase the dog then do so if not don't waste their time because there were seven or eight other people looking at the same dog. I am not located in Florida I am up north hours away and I just wanted to verify that this was a reputable breeder and the dog exist so please show me on video. After the conversation I stated they were rude and I should put this on my Facebook I was then told I would be sued for doing so. Omg I just needed too see the dog in question and her surroundings before I spent $1,140. Now is that too much to ask? Oh and not too mention they added an additional$235 shipping after stating it's included when paying for their flight and "Lab Nanny". I told them I would pick up the puppy and then I was told she wouldn't be ready on that day (3/8/22) but they already told me the pup would be ready after payment.

First Class Dachshunds appeared initially to be a reputable seller for dachshund puppies. Upon probing and communicating via email, it became clear this is a scam. The site clearly stated the price of the two dogs I was interested in was $750.00 for either dog and shipping was included. They emailed me back about only one puppy. I continued to push back to find out if the other was available as well. First Class Dachshunds replied stating the fees were $1,000.00 for the puppy. I stated their site clearly reads the shipping was included unless I opted for the 'Nanny' service, which I was not seeking. They were also asking for a payment method which is not guaranteed protect me as a consumer. I inquired about using PayPal.

First Class Dachshunds replied stating the fees were $950.00 with a $200.00 deposit, and stated they would accept PayPal. I pushed back again stating their site clearly reads shipping was included, asking them to honor the price of $750.00 I asked to video chat, as I wanted to see the puppies. I felt there was a good chance this was a scam given the inconsistency in price, the unprotected payment method, etc. They responded stating 'There are other requirements such as her final vet check, her final puppy vaccines alongside other delivery requirements such as puppy's toys, blanket, a small sample of food and water etc. before she could be rehomed into her new family. Hence, these cost are in your new puppy's adoption fee.'

Additionally, they wrote 'Also, we are not familiar with the following app you mentioned, moreover our breeding home is managed by a team and If you really have all the time and finances to travel then, you are open to visit us all the way in Florida to see these puppies in person.'

Upon further research, I found previous a complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding this provider.

First Class Dachshunds has since changed their website. I did not purchase from this provider due to the inconsistencies in their messaging, stated policy/pricing on their website which was not honored, and more out of an abundance of concern. Please interview all providers thoroughly and use your best judgement before purchasing.

*I am happy to share the email string with the ScamPulse.com for their review.

As reported before this business gets your information takes your money and leave. I caught on after my zelle did not go through. I have the email as mailto:[email protected] and name Pendland Zariah which I found on Facebook with 2 account under each name. They are in fact in Texas. I do have a cashapp which was going to be where I send the deposit but I didn’t not due to me thinking it was a scam. Cashapp is Name: Nate ID: $NcAaUF. I asked to see in person since I am local and they agreed but still pressed for the deposit before I met the puppy.
