My son received a call from First Energy. Their phone number is 203-427-0619. His electric service was about to be disconnected. He thought it was First Energy calling because his bill was due. My son panicked. He contacted me to help him pay the bill. He had to do it right away. I was concerned for my son and grand babies. They were collecting $100. He spoke with Kevin Bruno. The fee kept going up. I made three payments by Zelle totaling $581.51. I am reporting this scam. I also contacted Zelle and my bank.
