I made my purchase back on 5/18/2023 for pre-order items on their website. I still have the original email with the order number on it. I purchased Funko Pops from them. After countless emails and Instagram messages, they either ignore my messages or just keeps giving me the run around that they don’t have enough staff to keep up with their emails and orders. I have yet to go through my bank to get my refund but that’s the only option I’m left with. I have read long after I made my purchase that there are many others that got scammed by them. I hope there will be a thorough investigation to their business for scamming people out of their money with no remorse.
