I ordered a walking treadmill from this site firstrideco.com. I placed the order 2/5/26 I waited almost a month for this item. I continuously checked the shipping on this item. When I checked the last time it stated that my item was delivered and which it was not. I have cameras in front and at the back of my house I never received any package no one ever delivered this item. I have been disputing this to get a refund that I have yet to receive because they are saying that they found under the investigation that they did that my item was delivered and I have it in which I don’t. This company is the worst at trying to contact they literally have no phone number listed on their website. They want you to leave your name, email, and phone number with them and they will contact you. I have yet to have someone call me or email me back regarding this. I just want to make others aware of this website.
