They attempt to assist you inspecting your roof. To gain confidence they give you a favorable report. Only to return after storms and tell you need a new roof. Show you pictures of damage to your roof. Then they insist on being present and you not speeck to adjuster. They showed up early and neighbors observed the removing shingles from my roof! After further investigation there email is invalid and the company does not exist. We literally go into a physical altercation. Because they wanted there blank contract back. I refuse to pay for damage to my roof.
