Ordered two Abu Garcia reels on March 22nd or something like that. Waited the entire two weeks they ask for to send the products, reached out to them on April 14th. On April 21st I received an email back saying my product would ship in 48 hours. They even went through the trouble of creating a tracking number with USPS. I tracked their USPS tracking number and my item has never been presented to USPS since April 20th when they got a tracking number. I was not able to ever hold longer than a single line conversation with anyone from this company and its always done through email or text. I did find some company empoloyee names... Bailey Damberg and Rebecca Kemp-Bailey. They also have a few phone numbers actually associated with the business which are 772-214-6199 954-288-9733 and 940-580-1300. I actually received a response from the 940-580-1300 line. But I went onto their Facebook page and started ranting about my experience and posting a lot of gifs of them stealing money and then suddenly got a text from the 940 number that I was getting a refund and all of my Facebook posts were deleted. This is what I did... I received an email today saying I was getting a full refund... problem is I have no Idea when to expect it. but at least if it doesn't come in I have proof and might spend the money to take them to small claims and get a vacation to Florida out of it.

Two of my friends and myself have both purchased fishing reels from this company online on March 7th! We purchased them pre Covid19 so there should have been no delays to begin with. I spent $89 myself and my friends spent around the same price and we have yet to recieve a shipping number, a confirmation, or a refund. It is now MAY 14th and still nothing 2 months later. They have stole our money and i have not received my order. They only say they can communicate via email and text. I have email about 7 times and texted them every day the last week. I also include my order to every message i send them so they know i have purchased one of their products. This website is a scam and they have stole atleast $200 from my friends and i and i know way more from others

Fishing Care Package targets individuals who have an interest in fishing. They offer unbelievable deals on all sorts of fishing tackle. Come to find out, they don't actually deliver any products. They just take your credit card (or whatever you use to pay) payment and don't send the products. They have a nice, legit looking social media page and everything. You will not be able to contact them once your purchase is made. There are others on the social media page who hype of the product and the company, yet those individuals are fake, and they are doing so to encourage you to place an order. On 2-24-20, I ordered a reel. The order was confirmed, order # 53774. I was given a tracking number of 9400110202079021139533, and charged $49.00 with $5.04 for shipping, total $54.04. On 3-9-20, I received an email saying my order had been shipped. I had received other messages, and my wife talked to someone on a Thursday evening, and was told I should receive my reel the following Tuesday ( thus was the middle of April). It is now May 5, 2020, and still no reel.

This company advertises sales on fishing products and then never ships the products. They rarely respond to messages but when they do they lie their way out of it and say things like “I’ll ship it once I get back to the warehouse”. When they do ship something, it is the completely wrong product and it is always of lesser value. My little brother bought two Abu Garcia Revo X reels, a regular $200 value, for $40 dollars. After repeatedly texting the number associated with the company, they told him his package would be here Saturday 4/4/2020. The package he received was not what he ordered and it was of a significantly lower value.

Fishing care package website and the money got drawn out right away and I have no tracking number. I’ve emailed them several times but no answer. I’ve been scammed. My order number was 54614.
I ordered 2/28/2020. They will not respond back to me. Now I have read a lot of reviews and threads online and realized I’m not the only one with this problem.

I have waited over a year and reached out over 50 times only to get the same response asking for my order number. After giving it to them they stop responding. Placed on order on October 16th after seeing an unboxing video on Facebook that looked too good to be true. Well it was. they charged $54 to my card immediately (they state on Facebook that you are not charged until your item ships) just about two months have passed now. after one month I emailed them and was told "a few more days" yesterday was told "sorry you'll have tracking information shortly" no names are signed to the emails I receive. Do not buy from fishingcarepackage.com. you will pay money and sit around waiting for a product that will never arrive.

This company is a scam, they will take your order and money and never deliver the product. They may respond to the first few emails or posts to their advertisements on Facebook to string you along. However, after a while you will be blocked from commenting on their advertisements and emails will not be responded to.

I ordered $135.00 in merchandise and never received it. I ordered on 9/29/17, it is now 12/02/17 and still nothing.

DO NOT BE SUCKERED IN LIKE I WAS!!! Stay away from Bailey Damberg and his company Fishing Care Package, LLC.
