My step parents spent more than $150 with this company and have not received the product. There is no order information available with their website which says please allow time for the order to ship. If you call their number you are placed through a series of telemarketing pitches and then are given a bunch of other 800 numbers: 800-712-6600; 800-410-1660; 800-598-3028; 800-712-9200.

My steps are elderly and don't know better. This company is a complete fraud, and other online complaints support this.
