The product delivered is LOW quality and does not look or function as advertised. The images of the product displayed on the website look different in many ways, and still display a "Labor Day sale" - it is currently October. This has been a huge disappointment and I am still very upset for being taken advantage of thru their Social Media advertisements and fake endorsements. This company is a scam and preys on people looking for alternative ways of exercise - myself being injured, was very hopeful that they were a legit company. Paypal has also been a disappointment as well - I filed multiple claims with them and provided email threads with Fitabic's "customer service", photos and more. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE WARNED of Fitabic - their product is not as advertised at all, and their return policy is set up for failure - costing nearly the same amount as the product, leaving customers like myself cornered into being stuck with it.
