The equipment never arrives. After first phone call asking for refund, subsequent phone call, messages, email remain unanswered

I've placed my order March 4th and and now can't reach anyone at the company as of May 15th. The equipment was to be "like new" certified after I placed my order so I expected a wait. Never received the equipment and no one will return my phone calls or emails.

Very disappointed in James and his staff! Do not purchase from this company or any affiliates!

I was looking to purchase a Bowflex Max Trainer and was looking for anywhere that might have them cheaper. If you google that information you will find Fitnessblowout.com or Fitnessdealsusa.com. Both of them claim to have lower prices on the item I was looking to purchase and I had to call to find out. I called the number and a woman answered and immediately put me on hold, and then said sorry we are very backlogged, I am actually transferring you to the President of the website and you can speak with him. He introduced himself as the president of the company and seemed very pleasant and charming. He however did not mention his name other than James, and where or how there business operated. All he said was he acts as a wholesaler who would receive returned product for various reasons, like the customer did not like it, or after a month they did not use it so they wanted a refund, things like that. Then, he went into asking me more about myself and my workout goals and based off the information I had told him, he said the Bowflex Max Trainer would be terrible for me and I need to get a FreeMotion elliptical because the science backs the "so-called" differences. I was interested in what he was saying, but I had to hang up and have him call me back because I was leaving from one place and driving home to get kids and get back on the road. So, he called me back and finally I got to ask well how much are we talking, since I already have a budget in mind and I don't need to spend more because of a more scientific product. He had been on the phone with me over 90 minutes and now my wife was listening to the conversation. He kept saying I need to make a decision fast, he is selling hundreds of these an hour and I could either pay with a credit card or via check. He said if I paid via e-check I would receive both parts and labor free for the life of the machine, and then he could send me all the documents to make it official. I told him that if I were to go anywhere else, I would have an entire line of contracts and terms and conditions to sign, as well as an invoice stating what I am receiving before I would ever be asked for payment. I simply started saying, please email me the invoice with all the conditions in a contract because I am not just taking what you are saying as a binding contract, not just for you but for myself. At this point, my wife chimed in and had googled his name and found out he has been a part of these fraudulent scams where people send the money, and either do not receive equipment, it is the wrong equipment, broken equipment, unable to reach him, unable to get any tech support, and then ultimately unable to get their money back. So she called him out as a scam artist and she hung up on him.

He actually texted me and said some mean things to my wife, but continued to try and get me to buy the equipment. We continued to talk about the sale via text message, and I just kept saying email the invoice with all the included stuff you are saying I will receive and a price tag, and I never received any emails. Finally, he got mad at me and said I was a waste of time.
