Really bad experience with this company. For the buyers please becareful buying stuffs from this company. I ordered two items and sent then back for exchange the size bigger but they never emailed/texted an update to fix the issue.

I placed an order at Fitwear Co (www.shop at fittwear.com) on July 2, 2021, and I never received the package. I sent messages to the company and they will NOT reply. The tracking number provided indicate ticket was created but USPS still waiting for the package, so the package was never taken to the mail to be delivered. Look at their Instagram they’re scamming everyone!

I placed an order at Fitwear Co (www.shop at fittwear.com) on March 5th and I never received the package. I sent messages to the company and they only replied 2 of them saying the order was already sent, but the tracking number provided indicate ticket was created but USPS still waiting for the package, so the package was never taken to the mail to be delivered. Now they stopped answering messages and didn’t refund the money already charged since March 5th. At the company’s Instagram profile there are a lot of clients with the same situation and complaining about the money charged and the order never received. Stay away from Fitwear Co!!! That company is scamming people!!!
