Online purchase with Fitz Klozet LLC

I have been waiting 7 weeks for my order. I received a fake tracking number and it is not valid. I text Irlene so many times and I still can’t get an update on my order. This is not how you conduct a business. This is called theft and charges should be filed if you can’t get your item after purchasing. And I haven’t got a response about a refund. This is wrong and this lady need to be report to get charges stealing from people legally. Shame on you.

If you have a Real Business you should understand the questions, for process orders. You as a business owner have between 3-7 days to provide a tracking number for your customers.
