I also ordered a bike months ago. I have repeatedly asked for a refund since I have not received the bike and have repeatedly been given phony tracking numbers. The website looks legit. It's only after purchase that you can see you are dealing directly with a company in China. Shut it down!

I bought a bicycle since July 7, I never received it, whenever I write the emails, a certain Mila answers, they gave me a tracking number that they do not give reason anywhere, this company with address https://www.fiwellstore.com, is false. They are unfortunate, it is incredible that Google and Paypal do not take action on the matter.

Ordered a bike over 2 months ago still do not have it got ups tracking number which ups let's fiwellstore send to scamed customers and than you never get what you paid for thru paypal.which goes thru some bank owned by them. But does not do a dam thing to give you your money back tells you the bank is looking into it after you thought you filed a grievance with PayPal which I feel is helping these internt companies to still your money by scanning you. Who's letting paypal get away with this type of robbing the paypal users and keep stalling from giving your money back.

I placed my order early July and still waiting for it? I actually have been sending emails back and forth asking for the tracking number of such and still no tracking number and I have even called them out that I am beginning to wonder if they are legit company. Today’s I still have not received the bike and like most it was for a birthday gift for my Sister! I have since put in two disputes PayPal and my credit card company which are working in this situation.

I wish I knew of a way of shutting down these crooks as it is very sad to do this to all these people and all the hurt they are causing is pure evil! I am investigating further and I hope something legal can be done or enough damage to have them shut down? I understand they would reopen another scam site (if they don’t already have one) that is what they do, but at least one less company is better than being out there continuing to steal money from people who just want a little happiness in their lives during these horrendous time’s we are living in! Disgusting

I orderEd three bikes in July 15, paying $701 and since then I did not have any information about delivery. When I access the site, my order shows “unfulfilled”. I can not contact them, because it looks like fake everything there. I don’t understand how Google can keep them on

Hi I googled good bikes for long distance and Fiwellstore.com popped up I order 2 bikes it said it will take 5 days for this order to process on the 5th day I contacted someone they stated that they needed more time because the order wasn’t up to standard I then told them I no longer wanted the order I then got a reply the next day stating the order has been shipped I told them give me my tracking number they gave me a fake tracking number through 17tracking which had the wrong order day that’s when I realized this company is a scam

same experience as everyone else on here. Emails by Mila were like they were written by a child. Fortunately it was paid through pay pal. Pay pal gave themn30 days but what ever they responded to pay pal, pay pal closed in my favor and returned the money in less than 10bdays. Fortunate for me they were not smart enough to pull the pay pal funds earlier and pay pal froze the account. Pretty smart scam they have.
Pay attention to Amazon too...same bike style is for sale by 5 different sellers but with a different name on each bike. When you click seller reviews, Amazon says its too new a vendor and no info on them. My guess is it's the same company and they will rob quite a bit before they are done

I ordered a bike on July 6 and I still haven't gotten it on august 6! I told them by email, they did tell us a tracking number like order#[censored] but they ignored it and asked for it again so we replied with it again, who was the person replying to the emails? For me it was Mila, if everyone else's was also Mila then most likely scam.

I have had the same exact experience as Tim Duncan. I ordered 2 bikes on the 13th of July and I have been given the run around regarding being sent a tracking number for over two weeks. I first was told that my bike shipment was expedited and that they would send a tracking number if they had one which was a red flag for me. I then demanded a tracking number again and they then told me again that they would send it once they had one. I asked in response why is it taking so long for me to receive a tracking number if the bikes have already been shipped? They replied saying that the tracking they use does not update and to please give my order a few days because it is likely stuck at customs or delayed in transit. Also, there is no sense of professionalism in their email responses. I have already filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim to try to get my money back. I would advise all to stay away from this website.

Ordered 2 bikes 7-8-2020 I have been trying to get a tracking number for 22+ days the only communication is email ! They tell me it has been shipped but it’s stuck at the post office! Next day tell me it will be shipped very soon. They will never be able to give you a tracking number! Total scam

They are not! I would contact your CC company and dispute the charge or at least that’s what I have done, I had to wait 15 day before I could do it but it’s a scam IMO.

This store is A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS IN CHINA THAT ARE USING A CALIFORNIA Address. I used PayPal to buy a bike from them. They will ship a package (not a bike) with nothing in it to an address within your area code to get proof of delivery for pay pal in an attempt to steal your money. Currently have an open dispute on this. When I asked them for a refund they told me to talk to PayPal.

I was researching bikes on google to find a decent price. Instagram showed an ad for this company and I looked over some of the products they had. Once I made a purchase, I got a red flag from my bank stating that it wasn’t approved for international purchases. The company stated that they are based in California which doesn’t make since. I have been requesting a refund for my order for the last two weeks and they have refused to give me a tracking number for the alleged item and refused to give me a refund.
