I received 3 calls now from "Fix By Tech" company from 1 866-281-9842 who claims detecting 15 + devices recently added to my network. They mentioned the operating system I am running (according to them..) , have my e-mail address and insisted that I they can help me to delete these intruders; I only have to login to my network and run some commands and give them the IP addresses that I can see. They said they will help me to "remove" those unwanted users....

I have technical knowledge and started asking more questions, the first called hang up the second, realized my knowledge and changed tactics and started more tech like conversation, when I started asking questions he hang up. the third hang up as soon as i told them to stop calling but this morning they call at 6 am EST.

It is obvious they want to have access to the computers and do whatever they please!
