Our garage doors had stopped functioning and needed to be replaced. I contacted this business and they came out to take a look. We agreed that both doors needed to be replaced and he gave me a quote and asked for half down. We agreed that he would come to do the work on Monday at 9:00. By 10:00 he had not showed up so I called him. It sounded like I woke him up and he said he would be there in 40 minutes. It is now 4 hours later and he hasn't showed up. And when I try to call his phone I get a message saying the phone is not available. If I can reach him I'm going to ask for a full refund and to cancel the service, but I suspect I will not hear from him again. I think I can kiss my deposit goodbye. I should have known better when the work order didn't have and address or a web site. When I search the Google I can't even find the original listing.
