STAY AWAY - COMPLETE RIP OFF

I had 5 accounts that were placed with RIPOFF DMS. I made 7 payments of $143.87, totaling $1006.88 and 10 payments of $333.43, totaling $3334.30. That is a total of $4,341.18 at my quick calculation. Out of the 5 accounts, I was taken to court by 4 and settled. I am about to pay the 5th one off. I basically gave them $4300 to screw me over and provide absolutely no assistance. I could have taken that money and put with the other money I used to settle my accounts and would have had a better result.

They will call you and give you a good story, but in the end, you will get ripped off!

I paid these [censored] 200 dollars a month for 24 months. I am now being sued by all 6 of the companies they claimed to control on my credit. They are in the business of ruining people’s lives. Do not trust this company. Shame on me for trusting I could get a handle on my credit with their program. Disgusting people.

I was offered 3 plans and chose the document management plan after getting Covid followed by a cancer diagnosis. This plan seemed like the best way to rectify my debt without declaring bankruptcy. After almost a year of payments of $227 a month and documenting my collection calls and emails I saw no change on my credit reports. I took my case to another company who charged $40 per month. They immediately went to work and got three accounts ,including an old bankruptcy, removed from my credit report. FixIt would not touch these accounts after multiple attempts to ask them and their referral law firm, Price Law, to work on getting these off my records. Although I was sold the law firm's services as part of the plan, they told me "we aren't paid by FixIt" and refused to do anything about the accounts I brought them. This is a scam. Do not give any money to these people

I called to get a loan fix it dms then said that I don't qualify for a loan but there's another option they proceeded to explain my options which was put all my creditors on the program and give fix it dms 332 dollars a month for 24 month and they will work on my behalf so I was doing that since maybe November of 2020 until I got served with law suit papers from one of my creditors that is when I realized that I got scammed I then contacted an attorney to file for bankruptcy and my attorney told me that he's heard of this place

This company first sent a letter that I had been pre-approved for a loan to consolidate ALL my debts.

Then they offered me a credit consolidation that would clear my CC's and then I'd pay them a monthly amount until all my debts were cleared. And credit counseling to help my future.

I sent all my statements in to be handled.

But my CC's kept calling for payments and my credit score kept taking hits.

After two months payments, to Fit It DMS, I had the same stress as I did before accepting the offer from Fit It DMS.

I never received any paper copies of our agreement. I know they claim to have found a loop hole in debts and consolidation and helping people fix their credits. But, I did not receive enough information to understand how they handle this for people and become confused with a lack of information (phone conversations are not enough information for people under financial stress, concrete written information is legal and transparent, Fix It DMS does not provide.)
