I was at my elderly parents home. I picked up the phone and it was a man with an accent. Edward Williams. He is with Fix It Now. To repair computer. He stated the original credit card was charged $99. The balance due for not paying is $379. I could barely understand him. I asked what credit card. He could not tell me. I asked their address and they would not give it. When I asked his contact number he hung up on me. My parents did not send any money or give personal information. The number on my caller ID is 225-590-7380.
