I was contacted by this company called "Fix and Flip Loan" company around the end of August. I talked with a lady name Albi who introduced me to the company as a private Real Estate money lender. They lend money on residential and commercial property for fix and flip deals. After about 2 weeks , I decided to apply for their loan to purchase and fix a residential property. I had to put $2500 down to get the funding process started. I wired the money to them from my Business bank account and started searching for a property. After finding a property around the first week of October, I talked to another representative by the name of Howard about the property I found, and funding for the property. He tells me that the funding process is going to take X amount of days and then he changed it to October 30th and beyond. In the mean time, the Seller is wanting to close much sooner than that. I was not told from the beginning that the funding process takes that long. I ended up loosing the contract on the house along with another $2500 Earnest Money Deposit with the Seller. I alerted this lender that I lost the contract but he ignored what I told him and pretended to go ahead with the funding process. HE emailed asking me for another E-signature on a finalizing document and also asked me for my social security number again which I already gave to the first representative by the name Albi who seemingly left the company. Now since I told him about the contract cancellation by the Seller, there is no response from him or anyone else. I called and emailed and left messages, but no answer or response. It seems like he is avoiding me so that I will not get my $2500 deposit back from them. Please let me know if you can investigate them and find out if they are scammers to other people and businesses. Also, they don't seem to show a physical address.
