I ordered gummies online. $100 for product $25 for shipping. The next day the delivery company sends a message that there is a problem with my order. I call the delivery company and am directed to a non English speaker who says there is a problem when I ask what the problem is he hangs up.

I then contact the seller (by text) who informs me that I need to pay for insurance…I question why the insurance was not included in the shipping and handling charge. They just say everyone needs to pay insurance.

I am a senior citizen and am leery of giving credit card info over the phone. So I ask to have the order refunded as it had not been shipped yet. I was told no refunds.
