7PGEN-Z3Q4C9U information me that i will get another email once order is shipped in that i can go back to the website to login checking my order in if i had any questions or concerns problem contact their customer care team at mailto:[email protected]
When i went back in the website it was a flower website the scammer change the website to a flower website with the same amount to buy flowers $14.99 after that i immediately knew that it was a scam. I went to the customer care email and told them I would like to cancel my order. I didn’t get a reply back until three days later at 3 AM Eastern time in the morning I felt that was very strange. Why would a company email you so late in the morning, normally things are done within business hours of a business operation. They replied back to me saying that they’re sorry to hear I want to cancel my order and asking why as I explain to them the website changed once I went back in there it was not footlocker anymore. It was a flower shop selling flowers and this website a scam they begin to say we are not a scam and I can look them up for proof on the Better Business Bureau website I began to reply I I want a refund they replied we’re sorry to hear that you want a refund but not able to provide that due to my product already been shipped and they can’t stop shipment and stated that I should try the shoes once I receive them to see if I still want them I’m not and kept saying they’re not a scam. I stated to them I will report you I sent them a screenshot of the website that they had up. That was not the same as the website I went to from the ad and they didn’t acknowledge it at all proceed to say we are not a scam. We can reassure you that you can search us and we’re sorry to hear this , I proceeded to say I’m going to report you. That’s when I knew that this was a scam website if my order was shipped where is my tracking number? The instructions I was given states that I will receive an email with my tracking number and update once my order has been shipped and processed , I never received any of those things only a fake order number that is invalid for all male carriers. This website this email must be taken down you click on the ad it takes you to a new and new page once you make your purchase the website changes so they feel they can’t be traced , but they’re still using the same email address and company website I looked on the actual footlocker outlet.com website and there are no current sales within that amount of their shoes. This is a scam. They scammed me out of $134.83
