After a recent hailstorm, a representative from this company knocked on my door and offered to examine my roof for hail damage. He came off the roof and showed me pictures of my roof w/ different types of hail damage. Fortunately I did not sign a contract with him, but he spent a lot of time pushing his company, and came back again the next day, when I told him I would not be using his company. He has not bothered me since.

When the adjuster from my insurance company examined my roof (which is 8 years old) she said my roof was like new and had no hail damage. She showed me photos. It was clear that the person from Flagstone had shown me photos that were not photos of my roof. The photos he showed me were of a similar color to my roof, but I could see from the adjuster’s photos that mine is more variegated in color than the ones he showed me.

Fortunately, I was not actually scammed, but I still think this company should be reported.
