I purchased the lap desk back in April, was charged for it, but never received the item. the tracking number given on the site goes nowhere.
The reply I received from tracking was as follows...

ONTARIO, CA 91761, Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item -> Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 3:07 am on April 15, 2020 in ONTARIO, CA 91761. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
