I ordered a product online, it took forever to arrive and when it finally did, it was the wrong product. I emailed them and they asked for photographic evidence which I provided and then they went quiet. No responses, no refunds, no replacement products nothing, even though I've been emailing them for the last 5 months asking for updates or any responses. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
