They say you will get a rebate on 3D printer but no matter what you do - even if you follow all the rules - they do not ever rebate you. I spent time federal expressing all information and doing everything they asked and then they say they have the right to reject rebates for ANY or NO reason at all. IT is a total scam.

Flashforge USA is the distributor for Flashforge 3D Printers. On 12/10/2015, I purchased a Flashforge printer from BH Photo in NY. I made the decision to purchase based on a $250 rebate which Flashforge USA was offering. I completed all requirements of the rebate and was told in July 2016 by Johnny Lam @ Flashforge I indeed would receive the rebate. However, despite numerous phone conversations and email correspondence with Johnny Lam, no rebate check has been sent. The rebate requirements were submitted prior to Jan 6 2016, and the terms of the rebate were "allow 8-10 weeks for processing". Each conversation promises a check "at the end of the month" but no check is forthcoming. I have sent a demand letter to Flashforge and most recently informed I was filing formal complaints with California, Indiana Attorney General offices, and the FTC.

I am seeking the $250 rebate check as promised by Flashforge for my meeting the requirements of the rebate offer.
