I ordered from this website and I also signed up for a monthly subscription. I never received a confirmation that I made the order. I never received a confirmation with an order number or anything from the company. I immediately contacted PayPal, who noticed that it was very odd that the company didn’t confirm the order even after the weekend they never confirm the order. They just took the money. I received an email from the company after emailing them on Saturday asking them why I didn’t have an order confirmation I attempted to log into the website where I signed up and was prompted that my password was incorrect, which I know it wasn’t incorrect, but I changed it anyway and logged into the website only to see that I had no order history. when the company emailed me back. They asked me for the order number my phone number and my mailing address. I confirm with them my phone number and mailing address and let them know that I hadn’t received a confirmation that they took the money from me even though it shows in PayPal that they took the money they ghosted me and I haven’t heard back anything since.
