Ongoing emails with loss of money -product didn’t work

My package arrived yesterday finally after it was initially ordered on June 6, which is crazy to begin with. I am not happy with the product as it does not hold a charge. I need to start the process to return it and get a full refund because I do not like that is not functional, obviously. Order 7848. - ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company , it was denied saying I couldn’t refund the product even though there was 14 day return policy , read fine print , just kidding not on hygienic products. Since when is a hair straightener hygienic ? They have run me into the ground with emails, disputes, all of me trying to initally return the product as soon as I got it . Never was given that option , 30 percent off which who knows was refunded . Flawless days.com is a scam ! Watch you will loose your money!

I purchased a product from them, I e-mailed them to see where product was and received an e-mail that they were moving warehouses so it may take longer for shipment, received an e-mail shipment had been mailed out. I attached the company information below that I found on their website. I e-mailed them once again to tell them I hadn't received my purchase and would like a refund and haven't received any response.
