I saw “Flawlesslighting” advertisement on Instagram so I followed their page for a while. I checked their website out which seemed legit, so I went on to shop. I purchased some makeup brushes and even used their discount “code” to save money. Order purchased on the 25th of Nov. followed by a confirmation email from [email protected] also a second email stating an account was made for me by their business, so that I could “check the status” of my order, which I could not do, their were no options. Money was taken out of my account the 27th of Nov. On Dec. 5th I emailed [email protected], no reply so I emailed a second email [email protected], a few hours later I received an email from “Kathy Brognaselfieli” stating “Dear customer all orders placed on the 24-27 are being sent today and tomorrow .

Delays caused by holidays we have a 7-10 days processing.” On Dec. 11th I emailed again stating I never received my order, nor have I been given a tracking number, no reply. Dec 14th I sent another email to the company and received no reply. Money Is still missing from my account and I haven’t received any order.
