I placed an order I believe on 3/19/24 for two swimsuit sets. About a month later I received one undesirable swimsuit set that was not at all what I ordered (the other still not shipped, a month after ordering). I wrote the help email asking for a prompt response (because I’d gotten no response on an earlier inquiry, which should have told me not to order from them). I didn’t hear back for several days and in that time researched them and they came up as a scam out of China. I contacted my bank and closed out that credit card. Then I got an email from Flaxmaker saying they’d have their associates look into it.

Then I got a message saying that they’d shipped the other part of my order. We’ll see what that is if and when it arrives.

I see in comments under thier ads on Instagram that other people are still waiting for undelivered orders and getting a runaround too.

I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this.
