For $399.00 they refer Realtors to lenders that have REO's supposedly that have houses across the United States that they have foreclosed upon and will be or are in the lenders names. The $399.00 is supposedly for the use of their site to do the market analysis that is requested supposedly by the bank to see how much the property is worth. Future listings for doing the work. We do the work of the market analysis. This company gets information from the county records or from companies like Zillow and others that advertise and if you sign up with them they give buyers information where they might buy or get a house at reduced prices. His name (the person contacted me) was Mark Altimore or Altamore.
